“The staff and doctor are great! I brought in my 82 yr. old mother to have a skin cancer screening. She had an area on her had that did not look quite right and I felt certain it wasn't okay. I had another MD look at it and he didn't even bother to biopsy it. So I had my doctor do a biopsy and sure enough it was squamous cell cancer, not the worst but not the best cancer to have. We were referred to Heidi's office and she showed us just how much it had spread in the 2 yrs my mother had it. 2 yrs! And not one of her doctors bothered to do anything about it. Heidi was gentle and sweet, very upbeat and professional as is her office team. We love them!”

“Dr. Kaplan seemed very caring and involved in my individual treatment and needs, and he's rather funny to boot. Compared to the usual doctor visit, my appointment here was very pleasant. The staff were communicative and very helpful as well. They helped organize my paperwork and understand what everything meant. The only downside in my opinion is their business hours are quite short, but everything else seems to make up for that.”

“I think Dr Rodriguez is amazing...her staff however are far from that..they have been rude and combative so many times I am now going to switch Dr's compeletly. The staff is really not considerate and have no idea how to deliver any type of customer service. I have a hysterectomy by Dr Rodriguez 18 years ago and the staff asks for a urine sample ...to see if I'm pregnate...Really....not very sharp . Too bad that Dr's have stupid staff that make patients so upset.”
