“The staff and doctor are great! I brought in my 82 yr. old mother to have a skin cancer screening. She had an area on her had that did not look quite right and I felt certain it wasn't okay. I had another MD look at it and he didn't even bother to biopsy it. So I had my doctor do a biopsy and sure enough it was squamous cell cancer, not the worst but not the best cancer to have. We were referred to Heidi's office and she showed us just how much it had spread in the 2 yrs my mother had it. 2 yrs! And not one of her doctors bothered to do anything about it. Heidi was gentle and sweet, very upbeat and professional as is her office team. We love them!”

She took the time to get to know what type of treatment I needed and ask the right questions. She understands the whole body & her focus is the entire body. She has helped me relieve my back pain, is very good at helping me when I have digestion issues. I like that she did not require x-rays upon my first initial visit (or thereafter). When I express issues I'm encountering she is very attune on how to remedy them. I appreciate her calm demeanor, her ability to explain what she is doing & she shares the progress of my body. We've struggled a lot with our oldest who had started off at Providence with some really bad mapping and bad advice. The first day we visited Joan we saw signs of the implants working and have been working towards that goal ever since. PM For our son, we actually went with Jones recommendation to use Dr Kari at UCSD. The experience was so much better than over at CHOC. Dr. Kari and the UCSD staff were a lot more understanding and receptive to our situation. They also seem to care a lot more about our son's comfort both at the hospital as well as after the procedure.
