I am a beginner and attend the 9:30am class week days and 9am class on Saturday. Additionally I have attended other events here including an evening breath work class which was exceptional. You can tell Lorraine the owner loves her business and she is such a nice and warm person. This is by far one of my most favorite discoveries since moving to Encinitas a fee years ago.”

“Amazing positive vibe in here! Candace is just all happiness and kindness. Room is very spacious and clean. I love the steam too. Fitting room and shower are out to the balcony, but they made it private and cozy. I appreciate theres balcony to dry and rest my mat too! I will certainly come back to this studio.”
