He will actually work with you and give you good advice i can tell he takes his music really serious he is willing to give ideas and he want let you sound bad he will always be honest, which is a must when it comes to doing music. I know that i personally, wouldnt want anything that doesnt sound good to be released. He is willing to go the length to make sure that all your ideas are in your music.
