Other companies tried diagnosing by phone which was frustrating and wanted to charge gas to come out. The estimate was spot on to the diagnosis and no up-charges. All of my questions were heard and answered in a way I could understand the terminology. The work included repair and rerouting of water main line to house with new shut off valve, hot water heater expansion tank, new water regulator, sink angle stops and tub/shower spout replacement.
