“Where do I start?? What an amazing store this is! Its the staff that makes this store completely ROCK! They are very helpful and reasonable. I had a $1300 laptop that I bought for my daughter's birthday 2 & 1/2 months early. When she received the gift it had some issues. The manager exchanged it for me with no issues. He was a complete delight to deal with and I appreciate him doing that when he broke store policy and didn't have to do anything at all. This isn't the only occasion. I've bought many things from Best Buy and every experience has been fantastic except once. There was a time when I arrived right around closing. I had picked up my desktop from repair and purchased a new laptop at the time. I was juggling my purse and the large desktop stack with the new laptop box and not a sole offered to help and out the door or to my car. I passed 3 young men that just told me to have a good night as I was trying to juggle and maneuver all these things. I was a bit taken back by that. I still gave 5 stars because the customer service is absolutely fantastic!”

“Absolutely one of the most amazing family owned business that I have ever been blessed to work with. From my initial contact with owner/operator/customer service agent Wendy I quietly prayed that they were really as perfect as I wanted them to be. I wasn't disappointed! I was desperate! My 100 year old historic Spanish Revival home was without a kitchen sink. Because of it's odd size the only option was a stainless steel sink. Actually that was never an option! After sharing with Wendy that I had been doing dishes while showering she immediately cleared her calendar for the following day. Early the next morning Wendy was showing me around their yard filled with a variety of slabs. We both knew when we found the perfect one. She was as excited as I was! She promised to do everything she could to make sure my days of doing dishes in the shower were numbered and to keep me posted via pictures! In less than two weeks I get the call that her husband and fabricators Greg and son Sean would here the next morning. Right on time "the boys" arrive ....fortunately for me...unfortunately for Sean he is sick as a dog but had gotten out of bed to make this install happen. Within 2 hours the most prized item in our home is installed. I will be forever grateful to them for blessing our home with such a beautiful piece of art!”

One thing I don't understand its why they try to sell you a bag for your purchased items, I thought grocery stores where the only ones that needed to charge for bags according to the bag law. Where will the money be going towards if i do purchase a bag..?”
