The salesman Chris was not pushy at all, gave the information, and was on his way because the product sells itself really. Anthony was our installer and I have to say he is an asset to the company. There were some issues with the installation because of my homes plumbing and he never got frustrated or made excuses. He only came up with solutions and always told me what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I can immediately tell the difference in my water and it is worth the investment. She is flawless in everything she does, from administering the anesthetics to the grinding to the fillings. I've come 3 times so far and its been a completely painless experience. If she worked on cars, she would be the best auto body mechanic! She is so methodical and precise and she makes it look easy!! “I have loved living here for about a year, neighbors are cool, though the parking lot next door can be loud sometimes- can't be helped. Rent is reasonable, it's pretty clean. Lisa helped us figure out how to talk to maintenance, how to renew, what options there were for floorplans, she's just real slick. I wish I could clone her and have her just be the default type of person you talk to when you're working with a property manager. like if she was the default for an AI property manager. She's great at her job. She's a big part of why we're staying because even if something goes sideways she'll help us.”
