You hang out in the leather chairs in the nice waiting room where they have coffee and refreshments. Lots of really cool Fallbrook vintage car show posters on the wall. Called West Coast Auto on the recommendation of a family member and they could not have been better. Got right in, drove my car, put in on the rack and showed me the pins that hold the brake pads were lose.
