Russ, Lori and all their staff not only know us and our dogs, but they also know their favorite treats, that one of them is allergic to chicken, that one of them has severe flea reactions, etc. Try finding that someplace else. Second, the convenience of delivery is unbeatable. They're great about checking in when it's close to filling up again, and flexible enough to drop it off at my home or office. I love taking the kids to the store, but being able to save on the drive is tough to beat. Great people, great store, and great service. Highly recommended!”
