I absolutely love coming to workout with Brenda. When I first started my intention was to workout three times a week - well I enjoy it so much I find myself coming everyday. She has a variety of classes which keep my workouts fun. I highly recommend joining the FitWithBrenda membership, your mind and body will thank you.
Brenda is a wonderful trainer. She takes into consideration your fitness level and your current physical and emotional condition to create a personalized plan. I Love having her as a personal trainer. Her classes are always fun and full of energy.
This last week of February I’m completing my 3rd month of training with Brenda. She is a professional at what she does. I’ve learned many things from her beginning with training different areas of the body and improving problem areas, eating healthy and not giving up. I didn’t come this far to give up! So it’s on for March and I’ve already seen results. Working on my strength and watching what I eat. I have symptoms of arthritis but not quite sure, I have a doctors appointment coming up and I can’t wait to find out what my overall results will be. Whatever the doctor says, I have confidence that as long as I can continue to keep training it can’t hurt, but will only help. “Mind controls the Body”, as Brenda says.
Brenda’s dance fitness classes are amazing! I love the variety of dance workouts, the music, her choreography! I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in but the best part is that I had so much fun doing it! I drive from Chula Vista just to do her dance fitness classes! It’s so worth it, I highly recommend it! Brenda takes pride in what she does and genuinely wants to help you learn how to have a healthier lifestyle!
