Precision Motorcycle Racks

Bought a Rack for my TW200. Fit well, nice design, and seems to be quality fit and finish. Had an issue with the powder coat peeling off in one spot. Contacted them and quickly received a reply stating they were sorry and would send me a replacement. A couple days later UPS has notified me that my new rack is on the way. That is awesome customer service.

Awesome, 5 stars for sure. I had to reach out to the company to take care of a mounting hardware issue, and I got a really friendly response that squared everything away quickly.

I love that there's a YouTube video that shows exactly how to mount the rack for a KLX230. I'm just getting into working on the bike, and sometimes I feel like I'm not really sure about what I'm doing. The video that PMR provides is perfect. I had no issues with the installation and it only took me about 20 minutes.

As for the rack itself, it's really sturdy and feels solid on the bike. For less than half as much as the Kawasaki rack? It's a great deal.

The best rear rack available online for my 2021 XT 250. The staff is very friendly and respond promptly to any questions or problems. I ordered a part I didn't need and was given a refund. If was the fastest refund I had ever gotten out of the years of ordering online. There is a cheaper rack on Amazon that looks exactly like the Precision Motorcycle Rack but it's just a cheap knockoff. The rack and warranty of the products sold by Precision Motorcycle Racks are second to none. After mounting the rack I found it was very simple to mount any top box I wanted. I chose the Givi brand top box and couldn't be happier. I think someone removed a couple mounting bolts on my rack while parked and the company quickly sent a replacement mounting kit. I highly recommend Precision Motorcycle Racks.

Great price on sturdy, no-frills racks. I had a minor fit issue and the team at Precision Motorcycle Racks went above and beyond to correct it and ensure the racks fit securely to my bike. Their customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they really care both about their products and motorcycling in general. I’d also recommend picking up other accessories, as they tend to list ROK straps etc. at a great price. Would buy again!

Quality, well-built product. Easy installation: all the hardware fit perfectly; video instructions on the website made an easy job even easier.
