“This is my first Google review, but with such a positive experience, I had to write this review. The first thing that comes to mind is the clean, courteous, and top notch grade-A professional service. As soon as I stepped through the front door, I wanted to do a double take on the name on the door. This is because I saw all the cozy amenities and thought I was walking into the front desk of a fancy health spa, rather than at a dental office. I know a lot of people (even myself), have some kind of phobia/paranoia about visiting the dentist. This is usually from some childhood trauma, creepy movie horror stories, or just bad dental service. Trinity Family Dental is far from that. I actually left with a smile vs the typical dentist visit with a sore/numb mouth, a bewildered what the 'ef just happened to me attitude, and an empty wallet, or crazy payments. Thank-you Dr. Shen and all of the staff. You got a patient for life who plans to refer anyone and everyone I know to come here.”

“Dr. Mann is an exceptional dentist with an exceptional staff. Technically, he's highly skilled, with the ability to create a beautiful smile, even on someone who has been embarrassed of their smile in the past. For those who just want basic dentistry, you can count on him to be honest and not oversell what you need. His fees are reasonable compared to other dentists in the area. I am very particular about my teeth, and I have full confidence in him to keep my smile healthy. The office is older, but well-kept and clean. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and the staff makes you feel at home. Each time I go there, he seems to have made more updates. It's easy to find a place to park, and the office is conveniently located just North of the freeway on Lake Murray Blvd. The staff is always pleasant. Anna Lee is particularly sweet and pleasant. You can always count on an interesting conversation with Dr. Mann. He seems genuinely interested in you as a person, and I think looks out for your best interest with your treatment. “I thoroughly enjoy being here. I'm recovering from a car accident, and Joe, Ivan, and Sean have taken good care of me, through and through. Joe has helped immensely with massaging out knotted muscles, and Ivan and Sean both keep good conversation. I especially appreciate Ivan because he walks me through each stretch and asks how I feel and if I have pain, and that kind of one-on-one treatment makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to come here for therapy. Recovery is more than just fixing muscles and tendons and bones. It's having a good team to help you rebuild your strength and confidence also.”

“My teen-aged son did a faceplant on his skateboard, damaging a tooth. Two years later, the tooth died and he needed a root canal. We went to see Dr. Gavin and were VERY pleased with the results. The staff was VERY friendly and answered all of our concerns. When it came time for the root canal, Dr. Gavin showed my son the X-ray and explained everything that was going to happen in detail, so my son knew what to expect. There was a nurse available to hold his hand if he needed it! I wouldn't wish a root canal on anyone, but if you need one done in the La Mesa - San Diego- El Cajon area, this is the place to go!”
