“Nice, save and quite place to live in. The tenants are good people and you don't need to worry about trouble makers or other problems. And our manager Dita is outstanding. She always helps the tenants when needed, tries hard to cut us a good deal with Chris Welsh, the park owner, and her children Kilian and Audrey are her best helpers. My son and I are leaving and we will miss all of you and keep you all and the park in our memories. After all we have been here about a total of 11 years but moving now to be close to our relatives out of state.”
