“It’s hard to find a place like this nowadays. You can’t beat the price. All utilities are included so the rent amount is all you pay. Perfect for couples, students, young adults, newly weds or anyone trying to save a bit of money because you will save some wether you want to or not if you live here. It’s a studio loft with a bathroom, a stove and fridge and a balcony or patio. Pets allowed upon approval & with a pet deposit, not sure about the pet monthly fee. There’s 2 elevators, many stairways on different sides of building. Their indoor. There’s a smoking area and a gated pet area in the back. A laundry room in the underground floor and a remote only accessed underground parking. Entire building is locked and it’s a keyed entry. They have a few setup designs to choose from. The manager Michelle is awesome. Very helpful and nice.”

“Food was great! Visited for the 1st time, recommended by a friend. It was busy but we were willing to wait. A line forms from the cooking counter back toward the door. We were a few people back so we were nearly next to the register where there were 2 women looking for something to do in between customers approaching to pay. There is a sign that says you must pay 1st but we weren't sure if that means order your food and then pay before you pickup. The women that work there, about 6 feet away from the line could make themselves more useful by asking customers in line to go ahead and pay before ordering since turns out that's what the sign means. Other than that, overall good experience. Would probably go back.”

“The Gorditas are made fresh. The fillings are really tasty and well prepared. You can order them in a plate of 3 with beans and rice or single. The day I visited I was taking home around 20 Gorditas, the cashier was nice to tell me that it was more economic for her to ring me up in "plates" instead of individual Gorditas as I had ordered. When I got the food at home everyone enjoyed and finished what they had ordered. Even the picky eater kids. Clean place, friendly staff, and good food. Will definitely be back again.”

The sisters are exceptional in every aspect of wedding and special occasion dresses, from the customer service, exceptional alterations (included in the price), ceremony items and gorgeous florist services to bridesmaid dresses,etc. We purchased our daughter's XV dress here 7 years ago and now we are looking at wedding dresses. “This is the best 7/11 in South San Diego. Far away enough from the high school that it's not ever too crowded. It's always conviently located between the 805, the 5, and the 54 freeway. This is the best spot to go if your on your way to the beach, traveling out to downtown SD or to TJ. Safe, clean, and great customer service. It is also the newest 7/11 stores in the area.”
