Calavera Trail

Nice place fir hik hyke and walk!

This is an amazing place to get lost for a morning, early afternoon, or evening if you are brave enough. Perfect for mountain biking, hiking, and running.

Second trip here and it was just as fun for the family as the first time. Bright and sunny, and the monarch migration was still happening so butterflies were all over the place. Tons of flowers blooming right now so the walk (& pictures) are great!
Parking is on the street in a neighborhood at this trail entrance. After about half a mile (?) ish, there is a bathroom, which was pretty clean. Remember to use sunblock if you are going all the way to the top, there is little shade. The hike to the top was moderate. The 5, 9 & 10 yr old all made it just fine. Dont wear flip flops!
