“I was only able to stop by here twice this year because I had to move. But those two times I did visit I had a great experience. Connie was always super nice and welcoming. She was able to explain my bill and procedure clearly. She was open to questions I had and never made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionist, who I am so sorry! I forgot her name omg she was so sweet. From the first time I spoke to her over the phone to make an appointment. She was very patient and always had a smile when I came to the office. I still remember asking if I could bring my baby with me because I had no one to leave her with. She assured me that it was okay to bring her and that during my x-rays they could have some one take care of her so that I can take care of my health. Omg how nice of them!! Not all clinics or receptionist would say that. The staff will make you feel like you are family, which is what mostly everyone would like to have. Anyway, I totally recommend this dentist clinic. I hope to find a clinic again just like this one near me! Last thing I would like to mention is that, before I left CA, I got a letter from them which shows how lovely they are (the letter is in the pictures btw.) I hope this review help you stop by. If you are a military spouse like me you will love it! They truly care about their patients and make you feel like family. “We got a coupon in the mail so I filed it in my coupon envelope cuz you never know when you'll have a KFC 🍗 emergency! Yesterday while out for an errand, I was hankering for some KFC 🐔.... pulled out my coupon and the 9 piece bucket for $15.99 got my attention. So off I went to the nearest KFC in Vista... the first place I went in said we don't have this coupon and told me to go to the KFC in Oceanside. I called before leaving the parking lot and was told they don't have that coupon in their system and the special they have currently is 8 pieces for $21. I wasn't about to give up because now I'm really curious why KFC would send out a coupon and their locations have no idea what the heck it is! I called another KFC in Oceanside, the 2007 Mission location, and the lady I spoke with told me we don't have that coupon but bring it in and we'll see what we can do. Off I went! When I got there, the young lady I showed the coupon to said let me get my manager. Flora (sp) the manager too said we don't have this coupon in our system. She asked where I got it, I told her I got it in the mail. I also told her I'm really curious why KFC would send out a coupon but none of the locations that I've been to or called have it in their system.... Long story short, she didn't turn me away! Flora told me what she was willing to do for me and did it! I appreciate the level of customer service and the way she and her staff dealt with me! I came in during dinner time and I wasn't the only one person hankering for some KFC🍗! All three staff were working hard filling orders but never did I feel rushed nor did they make me feel bad for having a mystery coupon! I was so pleased with the exchange I went back to the car to grab some moola for a tip! I got home with my bucket of guilty pleasure to go with my steamed rice and garlic broccoli 🥦 (the things we do to justifya bucket as we get older)!!! Thank you Flora and staff for being kind, for smiling, and working hard to provide fantastic customer service 😋!!!!”

“I kooked out and hyperflexed my beautiful Jacobs Longboard in OH waves last year. You guessed it, 100s of stress cracks across the center 3rd of the board. In despair, I put it in the corner, thinking it would cost a ton just to have someone ruin it in a failed repair. Last weekend someone told me to take it to Moose in O'side. They said he's a repair wizard charging a fair price. Boy howdy...they wuz right! Unreal quality repair with a super fast turnaround. “Five stars for inventory and deals but here’s a heads up. Make sure you aren’t in a hurry when you get in line. I know they’re all elderly volunteers (I’m elderly myself), but do they have to put the least tech savvy person on the register? Ring up wrong. Redo wrong. Finally right. Chit chat in between. 🙄 And that is not an isolated occurrence. Also make sure you know what the total should be. Often discounts are missed and I have to point it out. The last volunteer I encountered was none too happy when I pointed out her error. 😐”

“Update: this place never fails Jeff my Man... Now I have to be completely honest. Jeff is not just a Barber. This man is an ARTIST! You want something done to your hair, just ask and Jeff would definitely deliver. Moving from Los Angeles to North County, I've been in search for a good barber around the area. Fortunately for me I ran into this place. Personally I'm not a fan of fades and clean cut but Jeff absolutely changed my mind on these types of hair style. They look clean, modern and stylish. Another positive note that I'd like to mention is the fact that the shop is neat and organized. Customers nowadays are looking at how sanitary the business is, due to COVID-19 and I admire how this place allows the customers to feel safe especially during this horrible pandemic. “My husband is a disabled veteran who needs and uses a wheelcair, medical supplies and an electric scooter. Because we live in Oceanside and the VA Hospital is an hour away, we go to American Mobility Center for many of his supplies even though we could get them for free at the VA. The American Mobility Center has everything we need in stock and at a great price. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the needs of those with disabilities. They are also friendly and provide excellent customer service. Yesterday the brake on my husband's wheelchair broke and we needed an immediate repair. We went to Americam Mobility Center where the brake was repaired immediately and professionally. When we went to pay they told us the repair was free. Just more confirmation that this is a great center for the disabled, staffed by people who really care.Thank you”

I've heard rumors of a new Sentinelese gang calling themselves the Arbor Hill Hoodlums that, while quite diverse and tolerant, does not take well to outsiders coming around acting crazy. I don't know if this is true, but if it is it's very frightening. I also heard this gang is at war with the Tyson Street Tyrants there by the Coaster station.”
