“I have had a horrible experience on the phone with T-Mobile’s customer care trying to get a hefty refund that was due to me. I had no luck, so I went into this store and I had, by far, the best customer service ever. Melanie, Maya, Mike, and Carlos have had my back on the issue I had and worked with me for HOURS to find a solution. They easily could’ve sent me away or had my call customer care but they went above and beyond and patiently solved my issue without hesitation. I honestly wanted to switch to a different carrier from my issues with T-Mobile’s customer care, but this store has an amazing customer service and welcome all your concerns with arms wide open.
