I thought that was great until I received a call later in the day from Colleen the scheduler at N. County ENT and asked if I could come in the next day Friday - before the holiday week end. Obviously that was REALLY great. Met with Dr. Berry who diagnosed my issue. My interface with Dr. Berry was excellent - couldn't have asked for a better consultation. “I contacted Tom on a Tuesday to inquire about installing a key lock on a sliding glass door, and he quickly responded. I sent him photos of the original door handle, and he was able to contact a supplier and find a replacement handle. Upon acceptance of his reasonable quote, he ordered the part then contacted me as soon as it came in to schedule a time to install it. He arrived on Monday morning as planned and was so kind. The entire process took a week (this was not an urgent situation) from my inquiry to the installation. FYI - he also installs smart locks, car key replacements, etc. I would definitely call him again!”
