“Your basic 24h gym although this one has a lap pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms along with a basketball court and group spin/zoomba room. The equipment is generally well maintained but I have found some to be broken from time to time. It does get a bit crowded in the late afternoon and early evening when people get off work. Parking is plentiful.”

“I can’t rate the gym all that well here. I wish I had the opportunity to do so. I have to workout at home. However, it look fully stocked with everything you need, and the restrooms seem clean. The layout is maybe a bit quirky, but every gym is different. We use this facility mostly for their track and for the sports field. Both are great and are taken care of nicely! It awesome to have an open track for families, and the field is beautiful and a great turf space for our kids to play sports. They keep it clean and in good condition. Definitely a nice place to be. There is also a huge grass field in the back, and an area for tire flipping, and an awesome HIIT workout pit.”

“I not only LIKE it, I love, Love, LOVE it at Shanti Kitti Yoga. You definitely feel like a part of a family there--the owners and teachers are terrific; and there is no pressure to overachieve. Everyone is accepted at their own level. I live in CA and MI and have tried several yoga studios. This is absolutely my favorite for the reasons above and many more. Come and join us!”

“I see some “women” posting negatively and all I can say is they are beyond wrong. These women were rude and late to classes and got turned down. As you can see in a previous photo, the sign on the door say class is in session. The standard time to arrive is 5 minutes early. They don’t even lock the doors for at least 5 min after class starts. The women who work here and the owner are beyond amazing and accommodating!”

“Amazing and great customer service! ID is required as per policy but it’s always on me so it is no big deal as in to get in! Marines and civilians working there were always happy to help! Always clean and organized! Weights are always re-racked! Amazing management and fun classes to attend! Gym rarely gets packed in the mornings but gets more busy in the evenings! HITT Classes and Group Exercises are always fun! Such a great experience to be there! Would rate more than five starts if possible!”
