I'm living Los Angeles. The car is in San Diego. So, I needed to make sure everything before making payment and pick up the car. Robert made it easier.

We were not happy about all the additional features that were not options on the car. As someone who works in the insurance industry, these packages are a waste of money and unnecessary. Most of them can be handled through their current insurance or by improving their policies for much less money.
In an already overinflated market with higher interest rates, it made us very unhappy to buy a new vehicle with these forced added items. Nitro Fill, Finishing touch, and Karr system is not worth the fees.
Additionally, the detailers could have done a much better job with the car at delivery. If it was actually even detailed because it did not appear to be.
We did appreciate the full tank of gas and Rich working with our timeline to take delivery, work with finance and our trade.
