We were working on a time crunch and Amanda Handshey (and I believe another employee, sorry don't know their name) went as far as personally delivering checks to two other banks for my daughter to make certain the account was paid on time and wouldn't accrue terribly high fees. I have never had such wonderful customer service at ANY other bank. Thank you for making our financial issue a priority.”
