“My daughter has been coming here for about a year and has progressed nicely. She loves teacher Abby and she always knows how to get her to get in the pool even if its tough love at times. Abby has been great for our daughter. I had a chance meeting with the owner I believe it was Monica Noonan. She was very kind and attentive to our daughters needs. Great place and highly recommend. Front desk could use some help answering phones but aside from they have been perfect for us.”

I signed up for the free 30 minute session after I found out they are the only basketball training facility in San Diego with "the gun" basketball shooting machines, 94fifty balls and vertimax trainers. These are the same exact devices and brands used by all NCAA and NBA teams. If you want to take your game to the next level, this is the place to go. Their gym is brand new, the rims/backboards are NBA quality, and they even have my favorite basketball, The Rock! I definitely recommend this place to any young players who are ready to take their basketball game to the next level.”

“This class was AWESOME! Laurel was great and so were the others participating in the class. I work out about 4 days a week and her class really kicked my butt & it was FUN! I loved the mix of the small isometric exercises, weights and cardio. Sadly, I'm from the Bay Area and was only visiting, however the next time I am in town I will definitely take another class! “This review is for Chris Callahan, OT. My sons, now 12 and 14, worked with Chris for a little over a year and made significant and substantial gains in skills. My 12yo is on the spectrum and also has sensory, proprioceptive, and visual-motor integration concerns. Chris worked with him on executive functioning, self-calming, and almost imperceptible ways to meet his hyper-motoric needs, among other skills. My 14yo has severe emotional concerns, sensory processing concerns, and a history of self-harm. Chris worked with him on emotional self-regulation including mind/ body awareness and self-calming techniques while addressing his sensory concerns. Chris encouraged my sons' personal responsibility by having them give their own session summaries and demonstrations. Chris collaborated well with other agencies working with my children, such as by emailing our homework for us to forward to my son's ABA; having Chris' own explanation enhanced the compliance and quality of the activities. Chris frequently gave suggestions for tools to help my sons with their needs outside of therapy, such as therapy brushes, compression shirts, word-search books, crash pads, and electronic focus-enhancers. Chris' professional expertise was fantastic, but none of it would have been possible without his compassionate expertise in rapport-building with my sons. Thank you!”
