“Alisa is an INCREDIBLE acupuncturist and overall caring human being. I've been seeing her about 6 months while pregnant and now as I heal in the postpratum phase. What I love most about Alisa is that she truly cares about her patients and is so PASSIONATE and KNOWLEGEABLE about maternity, pregnancy, and postpartum (including being a certified lactation consultant). I came to her with a history of chronic pain and issues before pregnancy so there was a lot of different things I wanted address (rib cage pain, headaches, digestion, swelling, carpal tunnel, jaw pain, etc etc). She would come up with treatment plans (including incorporation moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, etc.) until I saw results. Sessions with her have done wonders for my overall health, well being, and pain. She also genuinely cares and will ask questions about my nursing and give me advice on how to help my baby breastfeed. She also offers that service as well. Go to Alisa. You will not regret it!”

“The muscle doc is one of the best in San Diego for deep tissue work. What I love most about him is he has the ability to do anything needed whether acupuncture, deep tissue, cupping, etc. Anytime I go to him with an issue, whether it's not being able to turn my neck or pulling a muscle in the gym, I leave feeling an incredible amount of relief from his treatments. He's professional, thorough, explains why and how he is doing what he does and provides the best energy throughout the treatment. I highly recommend his services .”

“Richele is easily one of the best health care specialists I have ever known, and I've known quite a few. Since the 1980's, I've acquired injuries from an odd variety of activities including (but not limited to) folkstyle wrestling, breaking ("break dancing" to the media), Jiu-jitsu... and even heavy lifting at a public aquarium. Some of those injuries changed my life. The damage has put me into a cyclical nightmare of losing sleep, making it hard to do my job mentally or physically, or heal from the last time the injuries were aggravated at the job. As you can imagine, a man who used to bench press nearly twice his own weight and out-wrestled bullies twice his size as a youth is going to be depressed with this unexpected downturn in life. I was the last person my relatives or friends would have expected to have health problems. Richele has given me hope, and I travel a great distance --past other doctors and treatment centers-- to keep appointments with her. The results stay with me for very long periods of time; in fact my occupation usually ruins her good work before I know just how long the treatment would have lasted. Maybe it would have been for years. You will not find someone more patient, kind, and genuinely interested in helping you achieve a healthier life than Richele Walters. If you are near San Diego, I highly recommend making an appointment.”

“I had been living under a mountain of anxiety and ingrained unhealthy coping mechanisms for several years before I found Pilar. I was looking for someone who seemed warm (as putting myself in a vulnerable position is difficult for me), who could give me practical tools to change my habits but who would lead me in talk therapy (as there were so many things I had never spoken about) and be open to some alternative therapies (I didn't know what I want but I was willing to try anything). What Pilar does better than I could have ever imagined is allowed me to work through my issues layer by layer while always kindly and professionally keeping the focus on the core of those issues and the behaviors they provoke. It has been an emotional process, deconstructing my life piece by piece to build it back up in a healthy manner and she has been the most patient and professional guide through the process. She is extremely knowledgeable of a variety of practices and tailors her methods to her individual clients. It feels like a personal process rather than making me feel like just another 'client'.”

“Dr Steer changed my life. As a result of deep depression, I went from being a high performing student to failing out of college. She helped me get on the right track, gain the courage to eliminate a toxic influence from my life and rebuild. I appreciated the gentle yet firm and honest approach in her style. She viewed our therapy time as work and treated it as such. Today I have a career that’s beyond my dreams on what I thought possible, and I have very healthy relationships in my life. Without Dr Steer’s help years ago, I would never be where I am. I’m very grateful and highly recommend.”

“Dr Alana Dembitsky is one of the best doctors I ever had as a primary physician. I’ve been seeing her since 2017 and even when I don’t longer live in San Diego county I still commute from Orange County to see her . She is the most caring, empathetic and professional doctor ever . She makes sure she addresses your concerns or questions 100% . Her charismatic personality and honest care makes the difference. If I could give 10 stars I would as it is so hard to find this type of physicians nowadays.”

“Outstanding commitment to professional standards, with an uplifting focus on guided personal growth with her clients. Helen has guided me through some of the most challenging times in my life. Her training and experience are invaluable, as she connected with me, both on a professional and personal level. She was both objective and supportive of me through several major life changes, occurring in a relatively short period of time. She has been a constant, calming influence in my life and I am so grateful for her support. I strongly encourage anyone who is struggling or is supporting someone else through a difficult time, to seek her counsel. I highly recommend Helen, and I continue to refer friends and family without hesitation.”

“Cindy is a true healer in every sense of the word. She provides physical and emotional results that will amaze you every time. I am extremely sensitive to needling and her gentle hands and technique are barely felt at all and then she leaves you to float away in her extremely relaxing and comfortable space with peaceful music. I literally float out of her room feeling like I've slept 8 hours and immediately notice improvements in any physical ailment I bring to her. Her energy grounds you, her treatments heal you and her space leaves you rejuvenated, I can't recommend Love & Light Acupuncture highly enough!”

“Dr. Seitz is amazing. She is passionate and caring. My mom has been her patient for past few years and acupuncture has helped her to stop all her pain medications. Dr. Seitz cares about her patients and remember them individually. My mom is extremely thankful of what Dr is doing and can't even stop it. The healing will be gradual and lasting.”
