I left a message that I had lost my crown, of course it was a weekend, but first thing Monday morning Doug returned my call, even before the office opened, offering me several immediate appointment options. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed, comfortable and cared for. Dr. Still has cutting edge technology so basically, what used to take weeks to deliver a crown now is done in same day visit. The hygienist was very informative, explaining each and every step of the process. Initially, I was concerned with the cost of a new crown, however Cindy, also very informative, found that my dental insurance would cover half, and that Care Credit was an option for interest free payments for the remainder of the cost. I left the office with a beautiful crown and got my smile back. This was a painless experience and look forward to returning for my cleaning appointment with Renee, whom both my husband Mario and I find is just wonderful.
