Just recently I came in and asked for assistance in dealing with a manufacturing issue with a product they carry - but they had not sold to me. Tyler (one of the managers) not only helped answer my questions - she personally worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair completed. She went the extra step in maintaining communication with me and to keep me apprised of the steps along the way. She, individually is a caring, committed employee of the shop - but genuinely cares about the customers in her shop. Mike and Jason (the owners) lead by example…and their managers (Tyler is one of them) not only practice what their policies require, but exceed the requirements and bring a flare of family style in the way they treat their customers.
