“The flight attendant spilled a full cup of red wine on my beige jacket during a non-stop flight from the East Coast. He apologized and gave me a voucher for $10 to get it cleaned. I blotted what I could but there was still a lot of flying time till I got home. The stain looked bad when I brought it into Royal Touch. I told them the story and explained that I Googled "dry cleaner," and picked them because they they were the closest and had the highest reviews. The ladies there was so friendly and helpful and I felt encouraged when they said they wanted an extra day to do their best. Fast-forward to the reveal. They cleaned out the stain! I reached for my wallet when she said, "You already paid when you dropped it off." I didn't remember doing that, but asked if she would print a receipt to submit for reimbursement. She said, "It's on the bag." I shrugged as I walked out. I didn't look at the receipt until I got home. No charge. Wow! Thank you so much for cleaning my favorite old jacket.
