Rainbow Flowers delivered a gorgeous arrangement, with very complicated delivery instructions (because delivering anything to my friend's place is not great). Marie is very kind, professional, and obviously very talented. She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because she's got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if they're already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers' opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in today's world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I don't think I've ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away. If I ever were to have a business, I hope I have just as much patience, dedication, and kindness, especially for a business that delivers flowers that represent love and happiness. “We took our pup in first time here for grooming. They got is in for a same day appointment, which was great. They do not put them in cages and had her looking clean, teeth brushed, toenails clipped, shampooed and hair very soft and smelling wonderful in under a hour. We was very impressed They also had a nice. Store with many types of food, treats and toys. It appeared that they had equal amount of items for kitties also.”

It suited our purposes to shop here for a couple of the items on our list and then hit Trader's next door. Ralphs to me is a generic supermarket chain like Vons and Albertsons. Nothing special but good enough sometimes !”
