“I wish I can change my ratings to a 3/4 stars. DSW has always been my favorite place to shop for shoes for myself and for the family. They do have some good stuff but if you take your time, you will be in for some surprise - good brand, style, available in the best possible deal. The store is spread across one floor and has good selection of foot ware for ladies and gents. They also have socks, handbags, jewelry, some very light clothes and sunglasses. However, in comparison to the adults, the kids collection is less. But you can find a really good collection for the girls, for boys it’s limited. Staffs are generally helpful and kind, except during my last visit, where one staffs was behind me to put away and clear up the place after me. I wish this person could let their customers finish and move out, before they get on with their job. In the past few years, I have never come across a staff at DSW like this person, very rude. Other than this one incident, I have been very pleased with their staffs, products and store. Pricing- I personally feel the shoes are reasonably priced. But if you still want to get a better deal, you can register with them to be a member and they do give away discounts every now and then. Hours- 9 am- 9 pm”

“I love Ross, but I feel like this particular store never has a good selection of inventory. It's clothing section is particularly sparse, both in adults and children. Toys usually have a good selection, as does kitchen and decor. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One time I left my credit card and they were so great in getting it back to me haha”
