“Ivan and Kevin from Dreamstyle Remodeling provided top notch service! We badly needed our windows replaced and they exceeded our expectations. They replaced four windows and a sliding glass door in our condo. The existing windows were 50 years old and some had mud and water damage to the frames. They were able to remove those old windows and ensure the window frames were properly insulated. They installed the new windows very quickly and arrived on time. Ivan and Kevin were very personable and easy to talk to. I have 3 cats and they always made sure to close the doors behind them so my cats wouldn’t get out. Their workmanship is high quality and they have a great attention to detail. They left my place clean after they left which is always appreciated. “We purchased a two tap kegerator system at Beverage Factory in 2015. That interaction and sale experience was great and all has gone well with the products until a few weeks ago when one of the faucets gave way on its own, flooding our condo. Not fun. BUT! There was a five year warranty on the system and The Beverage Factory handled it with grace and swiftly. Kaylin facilitated getting a new faucet to us SUPER fast and provided a prepaid return label to return the old one to them for them to analyze what happened. They also sent us a part that we asked for for free. I really appreciate when a company stands behind their products and does not make you jump through hoops to utilize their warranty. Although we are now selling the kegerator system, this company was excellent from Day 1 to the end and we would not hesitate to go straight there if/when we decide to ever purchase more bar products in the future.
