“Husband and I went to Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress. We had a Tempurpedic and an Orthopedic in the past and they both deteriorated in time. We went to Bob's Discounted Furniture first and we weren't too sure if we wanted another NASA type memory foam mattress again so we browsed around Mattress Firm. Jesse, the floor manager was beyond helpful by asking how do we sleep, positions, soft to medium firmness, and price range? Aside from pulling varieties of mattress off the rack and letting us testing it out, he gave us the insights and details about the companies and specifics of their mattresses. We end up with the Purple Mattress because it was a new technology and different than most memory foam mattresses we had. Heck, I'm writing this review on our bed as my husband is sleeping next to me! It was a great experience and Jesse had a lot to do with it.”

They've mowed around where I was, and refused to mow where I was sitting (even with my insistence), and assured me they have time to come back later and that it was my special time to be there. “This place is incredible. In the past I've bought rugs from stores like West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc. They always fell apart and were impossible to keep looking nice. Never knew what a difference in ru quality really was. Michael here helped educate me a bit and then showed me a dozen options that fit what I was going for at home. I was also really surprised that the price was the same price or less than your typical fancy home store, and the quality was clearly better. I've had the rug now for 6 months and everyone comments how nice it looks. I'll be back for an outdoor rug next.”
