They replaced four windows and a sliding glass door in our condo. The existing windows were 50 years old and some had mud and water damage to the frames. We had a particularly difficult install because the second floor bathroom where the tub was installed could only be reached by a sort of spiral staircase (had two 90-degree turns). But, they managed to get the tub up there without any damage to tub or walls. The clean up afterwards afterwards was immaculate. Some framing needed to be removed to get the tub in the bathroom. They repaired this flawlessly. The work was finished in 2 and a half days which was one-half day earlier that promised. Couldn't have been better.”

A lot of people in the contracting industry can be a bit flat and somewhat unhelpful. He is so patient with each child and waits for them to get comfortable. He was so encouraging and helpful as a first time mom and now with my second, I drive way out of the way to take my children here still even after moving across town. He is always available and on call. He never seems annoyed and always answers. His nurse Maureen is my favorite! She is a true gem and I’m so glad he hired her about a year ago. The new woman at the front desk is also so kind and helpful. If you want a pediatrician and practice that cares and doesn’t treat your child like a number and rushing you on so they can fit in as many patients as possible - there is no better practice!”

We have had buyers remorse over furniture in the past but we value our sleep and are grown up enough to want a top of the line mattress at this point in our our lives. “We purchased a two tap kegerator system at Beverage Factory in 2015. That interaction and sale experience was great and all has gone well with the products until a few weeks ago when one of the faucets gave way on its own, flooding our condo. Not fun. BUT! There was a five year warranty on the system and The Beverage Factory handled it with grace and swiftly. Kaylin facilitated getting a new faucet to us SUPER fast and provided a prepaid return label to return the old one to them for them to analyze what happened. They also sent us a part that we asked for for free. I really appreciate when a company stands behind their products and does not make you jump through hoops to utilize their warranty. Although we are now selling the kegerator system, this company was excellent from Day 1 to the end and we would not hesitate to go straight there if/when we decide to ever purchase more bar products in the future.
