Great service, very competitive, great selection, everything you could want in a flooring provider. We shopped around quite a bit and spoke to a dozen different flooring places and Brenda made sure that they were always competitive and she was truly an absolute pleasure to work with. A lot of people in the contracting industry can be a bit flat and somewhat unhelpful. For us this was our first time doing a big renovation and Brenda's personable nature was very meaningful to us as part of our experience throughout the process and a big reason we chose to go here, as well as the competitive pricing. The manager offered me some water and a chair when I had a little bit of a wait. I was also given a discount because of it. I walked away with a sweet deal on a desktop computer. He is so patient with each child and waits for them to get comfortable. He was so encouraging and helpful as a first time mom and now with my second, I drive way out of the way to take my children here still even after moving across town. He is always available and on call. He never seems annoyed and always answers. His nurse Maureen is my favorite! She is a true gem and I’m so glad he hired her about a year ago.
