Has a panel of quality contractors/tradesmen but is open to using others suggested by client, and also flexible in that it will adjust pricing if separate arrangements are made by client directly. Tended to follow the projected timeline largely, although there were inevitable delays at various points, not unexpected with a moderately large project and the need to coordinate multiple tradesmen. Expensive, but needed by us since the project was largely conducted while we were only available remotely.”
