“A truly 5-star experience! Susanne Nielsen was our Design Consultant. She came out to look at the space under our stairs where we wanted to install a semi-custom storage solution. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire design process quick and easy. She made some great suggestions and modeled out several options for us to choose from. She was 100% dedicated to making sure we would love our space once the install was complete. She followed up with us to ensure a seamless install - in all, she provided customer service that was truly above and beyond my expectations. Tim Speer was our installer, and he gave our space the same care and attention to detail that someone would of their own home. I was amazed by his dedication to getting the project done to our 100% satisfaction. I will absolutely use California Closets again in the future.”

I found there a representative under the name of Ola (29A). she was so helpful, knowledgeable and she spent a lot of time with us to let me know what is inside the store and waht met my needs to buy to my new home. At the check out store manager Matthew Smith helped me too by giving me a good discount.
