  The place was great. Maurice was attentive and responded to any question I had immediately. Can't beat the location. It was amazing not to drive our car and have everything so close. The place was stocked with everything we needed (except for some oven mitts for my world class baked buffalo cauliflower). My family and I will be back!

  My family has been coming to Beach King properties now for 3 + yrs; We love staying here - #1 REASON THE OWNERS ARE AWESOME ! We LOVE 4th of JULY here and October is awesome! If we could we would never leave:)
  if you need anything the owners are always available to help. Maurice is always so helpful and friendly*DOG FRIENDLY**The units are clean and come with everything you could need. Our favorite condos are the beach front units just off York; OR if you have a LARGE party he has the house one block off the beach!

  Our stay in the surf Stars Penthouse in Mission Beach California was fantastic and is fun for everyone, thrill-seekers, Pleasure Seekers, and for those who just want to relax, rejoice, and enjoy the Beauty. our accommodations were amazing. all our necessities we're taking care of our towels, beds, bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. the porches were awesome they have a front porch back porch and a roof overlooking the ocean. Maurice the manager is friendly and welcoming and is always available right next door. it is truly the ultimate vacation house.

  Very comfortable condos, with well equipped kitchens, full baths, clean and spacious bedrooms... and you can't beat the proximity to the beach.
