“Early in April, my granddaughter and I were out on a birthday outing to celebrate her 16th. As we shopped, we noticed that the checkout on the women's side was pretty backed up. That was still the case when we were ready to make our purchases, however, we decided to go to the men's side which had no traffic. When we arrived, we were told that they were closing the register. I might have begged (a little) and one of the staff - Anne Marie I think - said that she would handle our transaction. We had a very pleasant conversation, I recall. I greatly appreciate store personnel who do put the customer first. It generates a lot of good will and that makes you want to go back - and I intend to do just that!”

“Staff was very helpful!!! Found what i needed. The other Sephora in this mall does not compare when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Would rather come here instead. Its smaller but you find what you need and the availability is great. The testers are nicely set up and aren't all broken or missing. The brow bar is nicely set up as well.”
