“06/06/09 this crazy date was when I had gotten into a horrific motorcycle accident that there was no way I should’ve lived from let alone walk away from. I don’t remember much that happen after getting into the back of the ambulance after waking up then going out again. When I woke up and was finally somewhat conscience, all I heard was Dr Tontz Jr. voice he said to me,” don’t worry, I will take good care of you.” To me, it sounded as an angel had spoken to me. Dr Tontz Jr. kept his words and took very great care of me, and the crazy part about it is that my medical had just expired a month prior and I don’t even realize it. Jr. and Sr. Both took care of all my surgeries which I believe was 4, I did not know how in the world I was going to be able to pay for all of that medical bill, but Jr. made things work and gave me a second chance to walk again with my own leg instead of giving up and cutting it off. I will never forget his voice, because when I heard it I had tears which was something very hard for me to do. If your reading this both Dr Tontz, thank you so much for giving me this second chance at life and not giving up on me! I know you can remember this survey Dr Tontz!!!”

“I’ve been going to Select PT for the past 7 weeks as I’ve been rehabbing my broken elbow. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Chelsea is my physical therapist and she truly cares about her patients. She is constantly making sure I keep up with my exercises at home and she is very careful and diligent when working on my arm in the clinic. The aides at the clinic, Daniel and Michael, are also very friendly and helpful when doing exercises. All in all, the staff is keen on making sure that you are getting better in the right ways while maintaining a friendly environment.
