“This was the second store that I visited in search of that perfect wedding dress, and I came to the right place. My consultant, Lindsey, was very helpful, patience, and really attentive. I was not feeling overwhelmed or rushed. It was definitely a stress-free and fun experience. I found the dress I wanted less than 30 minutes. Prior coming to this store, Ive purchased another dress from a different DB store, and management at this store went above and beyond to make sure I can do the switch without having me drive 1.5hours to the first store. The dress that I found was beautiful but it needs a little bit of adjustments. Ken did a great at job at making sure this dress fits me perfectly with the alterations. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with invaluable feedback. The timeframe for the alterations is pretty fast and reasonable which takes away a lot of my worries. Overall, great experience from a welcoming, experienced, and supportive staff! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress.”
