(January 11, 2023, 9:14 am)Had to come due to tinnitus. Got an appointment quickly and the office staff, as well as the audiologist (I HATE that I forgot her name) were all so very nice & competent. She had great suggestions on how to deal with my diagnosis.

(February 17, 2021, 2:34 pm)I was very impressed with the professional service I received from the audiologist, Dr. Gray, at Peninsula Hearing Center - the real measurement hearing test, my fabulous new hearing aids, and at the follow-up visit. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase. Plus, there is free parking behind the Point Loma office.

I found that I was not completely satisfied with the sound quality of my hearing aids or the service I was receiving. I went to see Dr. Riso and was completely suprised! She explained ways that she could reprogram my current hearing aids to help me hear better. I was happy that I didn't need to purchase new hearing aids. I hear much better now. This office is very professional and helpful.
