I remained in communication with them with updates of when I anticipated moving out and they appreciated that a lot, which gave me piece of mind. Over and above the excellent customer service, my unit was clean and all my furniture is INTACT and in the same condition it was in when I moved in almost 2 years ago. That to me is impressive!!
