  I normally don't like to go to the dentist, but with SR Family Dentistry I look forward to going there. Starting with the friendly front desk, Andrea, she is very friendly, great customer service, and always have time to chat. And in the back, the doctors and her staff are very professional and thorough with their services. I always feel like a Family member when I am there. Thanks for the great service and being in our Community.

  My time here has always been pleasant and enjoyable. Everyone is nice and friendly. I don't feel pressured here like I have in the past with dentists. Very happy to have switched here

  Most honest dentist I've met. I have switched dentists often, having moved many times, then ending up with some very dishonest dentists in San Diego. I had to leave 2 dentists prior to finding this one. I have always had pretty good teeth, and not a single cavity until in my 20s. The last dentist I tried said I needed 6 fillings on first visit, and it would be $1700. I didn't believe that, so said goodbye to that dentist, and came here. This dentist is very professional, started with x-rays, and said they looked all good. I hadn't had any pain, so this made much more sense. I felt so comfortable here that I bring my children now too. Andrea in the front is so professional and checks insurance prior to visits, and always follows up promptly. I highly recommend them.

  I was already in a lot of pain when I started looking for a dentist in this area. I am not fond of going to the dentist, but Dr. Bala changed my mind. She was very patient in listening to me and was able to explain to me the root cause of the problem and prescribed a long term solution.
