    A lot of progress by new owners in revitalizing the property. New office facility, new rec center and new docks and sea wall coming.

    Have lived here 2 months now and it's a super nice park, all the neighbors are really nice and helpful. New management is working to get the park cleaned up and someplace that people are proud to live in. There's alot of activities at the rec center and something going on it seems all the time. We're glad we found this park.
