“This is the place to buy your bike. I received EXCELLENT customer service. The owner was so GREAT and Scotty, who services the bikes, he worked on my bike that was from Wal-Mart. It was a wonderful experience and am grateful they were part of bringing my son's smile back.”

“My experience here was absolutely amazing! Kirsten E was a huge part of that. She was extremely helpful and expanded knowledge on how to pick a bicycle. We had found a great bike and she looked up the availability online and my local REI (Albuquerque, New Mexico) and found it was the last bike of it's kind available. I rode out on a super awesome REI CO-OP bike that is perfect for me. Thank you Kirsten!”

“Visited here to get a bike and Jay helped answer all my questions - the customer service was top notch. I test rode three bikes and was able to determine what type of bike I should go with and what worked best for my preferences. He suited up my bike with lights, helped me set the lock, and helped me to pick what basket would be best. I would recommend anyone who is looking for any type of sport gear to go here!”

“Very good selection of what you need to go outdoors. After five years of shopping at a local REI in San Diego, I still visit the store and its website frequently to look for gear for my hiking, backpacking, mountaineering and rock climbing hobbies. It's reassuring that I can almost always find what I need when I need.”

“I've been using Q Bikes for decades. Could I obtain parts cheaper online? Just about everything can be obtained cheaper through E-Bay with their low overhead and high volume. I prefer to frequent a locally owned shop that delivers knowledgeable advice and great service. They're always cheerful and helpful. In fact I'm heading there to buy two tires and tubes.”

“Great customer service. My husband and I bought cruiser bikes and they helped us quickly. My husband changed the handlebars for his bike and they painted the handlebar right on the spot. It took under an hour to get our accessories mounted and ready to go. We came back after our bike ride by the beach to buy new seats. They took the trade in value of the originals and deducted the price off of our new seats. Awesome place and awesome service. This will be our go to spot for our bike needs.”

“I just moved here from Germany. Back home I was used to ride my regular bike everywhere, so I tried that here but all the hills made it very difficult and exhausting for me. One of my friends told me about FLX Bike and their e-bikes. So I went there a few days later and found the perfect bike for me, the Trail. The staff was super helpful and funny. And I am happy to have a such a cool bike to explore San Diego!”

“This is the premier San Diego bike shop for mountain bikes. Staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They're the kind of folks that remember you by name and will give you recommendations on where to ride. I bought a bike here and take advantage of their expert level tune ups and maintenance whenever it needs work. They rent top notch bikes at fair rates too, so get out there and see the super bloom.”

“My bike needed extensive repairs and it had been in storage for about 5 years. I contacted Memo's Barrio Bike Shop, as I had heard great reviews from friends. I worked with Vi who was very professional and had my bike back ready for me in a timely manner, while keeping me in the loop about parts and making sure that I was able to make decisions throughout the process. The pricing was affordable, the customer service was spot on and my bike is now riding beautifully!”
