“I have not rented from Beta in over 20 years but still have great memories in this building. I dealt with all the family members and they were all quite humble and fair minded. Someone else said that the building was not up to their standards but the building was never amazing even in my time. I remember the elevator being slow even back in my day but then I say big deal. They could replace the elevator but then the tenant's rent would perhaps need to rise. You get what you pay for and that is what is so great about this building. The rent is perfect for businesses just starting out and I was happy that the option existed. If I know this family they will do anything that is reasonable to help out a tenant.”
