Hooked On Sushi

Great presentation on the boards, fish was sweet and on point, the wrapping could’ve been a little tighter. Attentive and funny staff.

Atmosphere was open. There was some half booth seating available, no bar seats unlike a traditional sushi restaurant but the rest of the tables were open but no true booth seating.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and the food was amazing! The place was nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking. Will be coming back!

I came here the first time hungry after a long day of moving with my Wife. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least.

First let's talk price, as for sushi and quantity of fish we are getting. We opted the first time for a 3 item Combo with about 12 choices, of which 3 require an additional $1-2.50. We opted for the Salmon Teriyaki upgrade for one.

We waited for about 15 minutes which is in line with cooking a Salmon on a low heat fire grill to keep it moist and when we jumped back in the car. My wife smiled because the salmon was perfectly cooked, marinated, rice, extra sauce and grilled veggie bed was amazing a bit charred.

The Combo also came with a soup which was given a healthy dose of miso with some tofu it.

As to the rolls, we got the California Roll and the Crunchy Roll. Both of these were proper rolls with great texture and smooth melt in your mouth fillings.

I have come back one more time once again after a long day but I hope to sit down and enjoy this meal soon and I will update this review.
