(October 3, 2019, 1:35 am)We were a party of 7 & the service was outstanding! The waitress was friendly & made great recommendations. We did not wait long for our food at all. All of the dishes were fresh & exquisite. We really enjoyed our food & the servings were generous. We all agree that it was a great choice. We give it a strong recommendation & we willbe returning!

(November 1, 2018, 10:20 pm)Fantastic restaurant. Family owned, great environment, not too packed on a Thursday night, and excellent customer service. The food was served in a reasonable time frame and it was very delicious. 3 awesome micro brews on tap and excellent cocktails. Definitely lives up to all the other great reviews I read about the place. Eat at this restaurant if you are in the area. You won't regret it.
(August 5, 2018, 10:42 am)The 5 days I stayed in Solana I went there a couple of times. The happy hour goes from 3-6 when you can eat some good Mexican food and have some drinks. Friendly staff and kids menu. I personally liked it very much!
(July 10, 2018, 12:40 am)I am not fan of Tex-Mex food (with all due respect), yet I can say here I had the best grilled veggies quesadilla ever. Perfect balance between the cheese, the veggies and the salsa on top. Their fajita was also very good. The place is really charming and they make you feel at home.

Alfonso's has been our family favorite for 3 generations...great nachos, quesadillas, carne asada, salsa and guacamole. Exceptional quality food. Our family of four visited for weeknight dinner - split chicken nachos, chicken "La Jolla" burrito and a steak quesadilla with plenty leftover!
