Plate Muscle Relief

I can’t say enough great things about Plate Muscle Relief! I have some minor arthritis in my knee and I get almost immediate relief when I apply it. It works on both joint and muscle pain. I don’t pop ibuprofen like I used to now that I use PMR. Several of my clients have tried it, love it and bought their own.
