โBirria for lunch today!! I stopped by the @cocinadeledezma food truck today and got my fill of their ultra delicious Birria! Yes, I ate everything pictured! Birria holds a special place in my heart and a secret compartment in my stomach. The owners are super nice, too! Enough of this chit-chat! Let's talk about this mouth-watering, delectable food! The Queso Taco Combo: 3 absolute fire tacos with cilantro and onions. The Cosome was light but powerful and not salty at all like I've had before! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ The Mulita: Everything in the taco but perfectly perched between two tortillas that had just the right amount of crunch and chewy-ness! Side note: Mulitas are one of my favorites! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ The hot sauce deserves its own section! You know how different wines pair with different foods? Well, this hot sauce paired perfectly with the Cosome, I MEAN PERFECTLY! The flavors were a 10, the heat was just right, and my taste buds were singing of its greatness! Straight fire! I can still taste it (not literally๐)๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ This food truck of heavenly food is located in Valley Center, and the hot sauce is located out of this world! Food trucks bring us goodness and the comfort of eating fresh food outside. Make sure you go out and give them a try. You can't change my mind about the hot sauce, so don't even try. โWe chose Kathy's Flowers for our wedding event in Valley Center. It was important for us to shop local and we saw the beautiful arrangements in the shop and knew she had the artistic touch to make our wedding beautiful. We shared photo examples of what we wanted and Erika overdelivered. We were blown away by the detailed work and expertise that went into details. Just BEAUTIFUL! Erika and her crew arrived on time and made quick work of setting up and perfecting the arrangements in place. They brought extra eucalyptus and added details that I had missed. It was amazing! We are so thankful and our guests with upcoming events asked for our florists company so they could use Kathy's Flowers too. Highly recommended!โ

โThe owners of this amazing alpaca farm take great pride in keeping the land ecologically protected. As a 4-H leader, I used to teach children to take care of animals. In these days I visit Creek Point often because I like to see that the alpaca herd of this farm is managed with the best of care. I also love to smell the dirt in the daily raked animal stalls. The health of these animals, who are all named and loved, is a huge priority here. I also like to smell the neatly stacked hay and watch the two kittens romping around. Mice are not welcome here! The goal of the breeding program at Creek Point Farms is to raise healthy, strong animals that produce excellent fiber for the knitting world. To me, this place feels like unspoiled paradise.โ

โPlace is extremely convenient being placed within a short walking distance from Harrah's. The employees here were helpful and had a very positive attitude. Can honestly nothing negative. They made me a whole pizza in less than 4 minutes and everything is moderately priced.โ

โThis is a togo window only, it isn't a seating restaurant. After visiting this location I find the quality and portion size far superior to the jilbertos in Rincon. Although there isn't seating, it's worth swinging in. The cook pumped my food out extremely fast, and the portions were explosive. The size of the burrito is what we used to get in Rincon before the prices went up and the sizes shrank. The flautas were huge, and delicious. The burrito was on point, and big! Just the way we always expected it from jilbertos. Did I mention the prices are also still reasonable and not covid inflated? ๐๐๐๐๐โ

โAwesome dining experience. The hospitality was off the measuring chart. I don't think I've ever seen such friendly people. And the food was awesome. I ordered the all-you-can-eat beef ribs and they were fantastic. I can't wait for my next visit to try out the prime rib. โI will start out with this is not traditional Mexican Food in my opinion. With that being said, the food is very good! The chips are thick & warm. The salsa was good. I wished it was little spicy which it was not but, it had good flavors. I got their version of the Cadillac Margarita. It was good but not sure if it had the Grand Marnier floater tho. I had the 3 sopes with a side of beans. The sopes were small but packed with flavor. My husband had the tacos & said they were really good. We were celebrating his birthday so we got the Flan. OMG it was AMAZING! We will both eat here again. Hopefully they will bring back the live music. DAY 2: We stayed at Harrahs overnight & went back to Rita's for a snack the next day. We had the Shrimp Cocktail & Chicken Wings. The Shrimp cocktail had 6 nice size fresh shrimp & the flavors were good. The Chicken Wings were Amazing! When we come back, the Chicken Wings & Flan are on our Must Have List!โ
