“I have lived at Melrose since August 2015, since the beginning. We have seen people come and go and this is probably the most honest and sincere review you will receive. This place is beautiful as I'm sure you can agree, however, not only is it beautiful it is HOME. A place you can feel safe and free from worry. The amenities are 5 star rating and always kept up daily. The community involvement brings us together even if your not the social character. Today is the Feb 4, 2018 and we are having a Super Bowl party. Amazing! You don't even have to leave your apartment complex. The Christmas party last year was beautiful and heart warming. Although there has been changes in management, change is always hard to adjust to, but overall, MG Properties aim to please their residents. Take the venture of loving where you live. I LOVE living here and I am blessed to call Preserve at Melrose my home.”
