“Working out with Matt over the past year has changed my life. I’ve always been very active but also have spent time sitting at a desk for work. After experiencing years of pain from a couple of back injuries from snowboarding, combined with sitting at a desk sometimes 12-16 hours/day, my overall physical well being had declined significantly. Typically, I threw out my back 2-3 times/year, each time needing to visit an urgent care or ER for pain meds/muscle relaxers. Since starting strength training with Matt, I haven’t thrown out my back once. This was my #1 goal I’ve achieved it. I never realized how critical this training could be in my life. Matt truly tailors your training sessions based on your individual goals, strengths, and areas to improve. He is very aware of and knows exactly how much to push you to get the best results possible. I really like working out with Matt because he’s naturally a super positive person and totally focused on you during your workouts. He also keeps things interesting with all kinds of creative exercises you would never think of. Another goal of mine was to just get strong (not necessarily bulk up), and after only 4 months I had basically doubled the amount of weight I was lifting. I feel incredible now and have noticed my posture is so much better than before. Matt is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone – I wish I would have met him years ago.”

“Everyone in the shop was friendly and personable. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with my mother’s Pride scooter the day I called. It could have been an easy fix, or the entire motor system may have needed to be replaced at over $500.00. To my delight and surprise, I received a call within a few hours telling me that they were able to repair rather than replace. Honesty over greed is hard to find. They could have just as easily called and said, “Wecannot fix it-We’ll have to replace the motor.””

Kyle is a great personal trainer I highly recommend him, very friendly and smart dude. Equipment is really really good, friendly and helpful customers around you, great locker room, showers, jacuzzi, etc.. everything you need to get your workout on and feel comfortable. This is definitely my go-to-gym from now on”
